Junior Service League of St. Augustine
Continues Community Service
With “Difference in a Day” Projects
The Junior Service League of St. Augustine continues its long, rich history of helping the St. Augustine community by participating in community projects which can be completed in a day’s time. These projects, dubbed “Done in a Day”, include such activities as beach clean up, hosting Blood Drive’s for the American Red Cross, participating in a Habitat for Humanity fundraiser, working on houses for Habitat for Humanity and supporting the homeless coalition. On May 15th, the members of the Junior Service League helped the Humane Society spruce up the exterior of their buildings with lots of hands and lots of paint!
